Moovlab<\/a> bouscule les codes des cours virtuels avec sa solution PLAYFIT, con\u00e7ue pour les salles de fitness. Une solution cl\u00e9 en main de cours quantifi\u00e9s pour progresser, de d\u00e9fis sportifs interactifs pour se d\u00e9passer, et d’entra\u00eenements ludiques pour s’amuser.<\/p>

PLAYFIT motive les adh\u00e9rents en leur permettant de construire leur s\u00e9ance de sport \u00e0 travers diff\u00e9rentes sessions d’\u00e9chauffement, d’entra\u00eenement et d’\u00e9tirement. Un bilan sportif est dress\u00e9 \u00e0 la fin de chaque session avec un suivi d’une session \u00e0 l’autre. Le coach virtuel int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans le syst\u00e8me recommande les entra\u00eenements et le niveau de difficult\u00e9 qui correspondent le mieux au profil de l’adh\u00e9rent. Les adh\u00e9rents peuvent s’entra\u00eener seul ou \u00e0 plusieurs. Pour les coachs de la salle, le syst\u00e8me facilite et permet un meilleur suivi des adh\u00e9rents.
