Pilo is a connected relaxation pillow<\/a>. Through a unique sensory experience, the user learns to relax and manage stress in a few minutes thanks to his breathing. Several themed relaxation programmes are available, adapted to different needs.<\/p>

The pillow Pilo is a heart coherence tool<\/b>. It calms the heart rhythm through simple breathing exercises. The principle is to synchronise your breathing with the vibrations of the Pilo cushion.
